MELBOURNE FACTORY LIVING

This amazing Melbourne space used to be a leather factory .. now artist Saskia Folk lives here together with her flat-mate Imogen. The renovation work was already done by a former owner twenty years ago ... it was then turned into a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home. Saskia painted the exposed brick walls white to create a blank canvas for her super cool art collection. Stunning pinewood floors, vintage finds, a stainless steel stove and industrial pendant lights .. just think this place is a real gem!
